Simplifying Stunning Moments
As a Baton Rouge wedding planner, I have experience with vendors of all price ranges from the Greater Baton Rouge and New Orleans area. As your wedding planner, I’ll be your guide through this sometimes daunting process all while giving you the best recommendations to make your wedding day special and, most important, within budget.
Below are the packages I offer. If you’re interested in an hourly rate or ad hoc service not listed below, don’t hesitate to contact me.
Day Of Wedding Coordination - $1,500
- The Day Of Wedding Coordination Package includes two in-person (or via phone if necessary) consultations with me (one at booking and another about 6 weeks before the wedding.) I will review all of your vendor contracts, coordinate their services and create a customized itinerary for your wedding day. I will also run your wedding ceremony rehearsal and I'll be there on your wedding day (with at least one assistant) to ensure that details are taken care of, that vendors know where to go, and that the itinerary is followed. I am also there to take care of you and your new husband on your big day! I will be sure that your personal items and belongings are where they need to be and I'm there to attend to your needs.
Facilitated Planning - $2,500
- The Facilitated Planning Package includes all of the Day Of Coordination services, plus I guide you through the wedding planning process. We will meet four times during the planning process. Each quarter, we will discuss, in detail, what needs to be completed. You will leave each planning session with a custom To Do list, complete with vendor recommendations and contacts. We are also in contact in between sessions via phone, email, and text, in the event that you need additional vendor recommendations or advice while working on your To Do list for that quarter.
Full Service Planning - $4,000
- The Full Service Planning Package includes all of the Day Of Coordination services, plus I not only guide you through the wedding planning process, I help take the work off of your plate. I make phone calls and write emails to vendors on your behalf. When you make selections, I arrange contracts, I gather payment information for you, and I send you payment reminders for all of your vendor contracts. You get to enjoy being a bride, make final decisions regarding wedding vendors and details, but I do all of the legwork for you! We are in communication throughout the planning process via phone, email, and text and have numerous in-person consultations, as I will be attending vendor meetings with you, in addition to our planning consultations.
